CHESI D.O.O. collects and processes personal data in order to carry out a secure verification of the authenticity of the User who accesses the www.agromoto.hr website. When the End User engages in certain activities on the www.agromoto.hr website, such as opening a user account, ordering products or completing surveys, publishing comments, sending feedback, CHESI D.O.O. will ask the User to provide certain information about himself, such as name and surname, address (including postal code), e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, and this is the data that is collected and processed.

As a condition for purchasing products on the website, www.agromoto.hr requests the User’s consent to allow the activation of the process in which his personal data (address, card number) when paying with credit or debit cards will be stored with Corvus INFO d.o.o. Zagreb, Buzinski prilaz 10, Croatia, a provider of card processing and payment services that stores this data in accordance with PCI DSS certification, the highest level of protection and keeping of confidential data. www.agromoto.hr does not have this information at any time.

Data stored at Corvus INFO d.o.o. is deleted immediately after the card processing and payment process is completed.

Agromotoshop takes data protection seriously and various precautions have been taken to protect personal data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet, or any wireless network, can be 100% secure.

Agromotoshop recommends Users to take care of their login password for the website user account. We recommend that you use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers when choosing a combination of characters for your password, and that you use a password of at least six characters. We recommend changing the password periodically (at least once a year).
